Although it was very, very muddy the sun came out and the junior children went to the woods to make natural shelters. The children were told to use only natural materials and this meant not having any string either to help them tie the branches together. The group were shown how to use the Ivy from the trees instead of string.
The two groups made shelters, showing good team work and problem solving in the building of their shelters. they also got very muddy and had great fun. Take a look and see.
